Superior Electric K34 Japanese Carbon Brush Set Replaces Makita (CB155), 181048-2, 643155-4,194987-7 & Ridgid 301036001, 089041033190, 089041033703 (2/pack)
The Superior Electric® K35 carbon brush uses Toyo Tanso® carbon, offering improved stability and reliability due to a low coefficient of thermal expansion (Compatible with Makita and Ridgid model #’s seen below). This provides better thermal shock resistance giving the product properties such as heat and chemical resistant / non-corroding metal, electrical conductivity, abrasion resistance and improved sliding contact. Toyo Tanso® preserves its stability with temperatures as high as 2000° C by doing so, this prevents softening or melting down of the carbon brush itself. Manufactured with Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) of micro particles to encapsulate an isotropic graphite. Abrasion Resistance due to a layered crystalline structure which ultimately means it has a low coefficient of friction and self-lubrication properties also viable under electrical conduction.
